Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Manhattan, NY. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality, manage team performance, and support store leadership in achieving business objectives. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring adherence to policies, and applying innovative approaches to maintain outstanding customer experiences. The role requires collaboration, leadership, and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the luxury skincare market. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in supervision and employee development. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities. Proficiency in inventory management and operational efficiency techniques. Ability to implement and follow company policies and procedures while fostering innovation and creativity. Experience in luxury, beauty, or skincare industries is a plus. Professional demeanor, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
