Overview **Must have restaurant experience and have a good understanding of what it means to work in a busy, fast paced food service environment. Crush Taco is a local Fast Casual restaurant concept based in Frisco, TX with 3 locations open now and a 4th on the horizon for next year. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Team where they will be working in both Frisco locations. Crush Taco is open Monday-Friday 7am-10pm and Weekends from 8am-10pm. Candidates for this position should be comfortable working in the kitchen performing prep duties, food production during lunch and dinner rushes and closing the kitchen at night. AM's will also work the front on both the POS and expo areas bagging orders and coordinating deliveries. This position will grow into a GM role with an eventual track into multi-unit Operations. The Assistant Manager will work closely with ownership to create new processes and procedures necessary to improve daily restaurant Operations. AM will learn to write schedules, place food orders and understand P&L and unit level profitability. As an Assistant Manager, you will support store operations, supervise team members, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help us meet sales goals and maintain high standards as we look to grow the Crush Taco brand. Duties 40 hour work week. Full Time. Nights and Weekends. Hourly Pay $16-$20 MUST be available nights until 11pm, mornings as early as 7am and weekends. You MUST be available to work either morning or evening/night shifts on weekends. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling. Complete daily checklists and adjust procedures as needed based on the areas of the business that need improvement. Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service, you will learn to train staff on POS and food handling processes. Coordinate recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing processes to select qualified candidates for retail sales, cashiering, stocking, and supervisory roles.
