What You’ll Do As an Assistant Manager, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager to keep the restaurant running smoothly, efficiently, and profitably—while building a positive, high-energy culture your team is proud to be part of. Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing the store Ensure top-notch food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and safety Help manage labor, food costs, invoices, and operational expenses Be a culture champion—lead with positivity, integrity, and great communication Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while recognizing great performance Participate in coaching and disciplinary conversations when needed Handle guest concerns professionally and turn challenges into wins Assist with weekly scheduling and staffing needs Jump in where needed—cooking, prepping, multitasking, and operating equipment Operate batch machines to produce high-quality eegees safely and consistently Collaborate on promotions and local store marketing initiatives Stay aware of market trends and competitor activity Take on additional responsibilities that support the team and business What We’re Looking For A natural leader who stays calm under pressure and loves multitasking Someone who takes ownership, leads with integrity, and follows through Strong communicator who builds great relationships with team members and guests Organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable making decisions Proficient with Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Minimum Requirements At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months of experience in fast food or restaurant operations Flexible availability, including weekends Reliable transportation Current Food Handler’s Card Ability to obtain Food Protection Manager Certification within 90 days Physical Requirements Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable working around hot equipment, cold storage, and loud environments Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Physically active role requiring bending, lifting, walking, and multitasking Willingness to travel to other store locations as needed Why Work at eegee’s?
