Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join the Fabletics team at our location in The Woodlands, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Assistant Manager will support store operations, lead a team to meet sales targets, and ensure excellence in customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. This role also involves analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies to enhance team productivity and store profitability. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff and achieve sales goals Customer service and interpersonal skills to provide a positive shopping experience and resolve issues effectively Operational skills such as inventory management, retail sales, and visual merchandising Strong organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling and administrative tasks Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members Analytical skills to evaluate sales metrics and develop improvement strategies Previous retail management or supervisory experience is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus
