Position Description As an Applebee's Assistant Manager, you will be engaged in all aspects of the day-to-day operations at the restaurant. You are responsible for getting guests and staff passionate about their experience every day at Applebee's. You will need to be team leader, excellent problem solver, handle stress and rise above. You will work hard, but have an outstanding time doing it! Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines, achieving established objectives of the unit. Cultivates a culture in accordance with the Flynn Applebee's Premier Card of our core values and beliefs. Ensures the immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints to self and staff. Ensures guest contact as a priority with completion of required table visits established by Flynn Applebee's standards. Maintains departmental inventory levels.
