Role and Responsibilities Assistant Manager’s full role includes, but not limited to: Selling tickets and concessions Upselling/Suggestive selling Loyalty Membership signup Set the standards needed for facility cleanliness Open and close building as needed Computer savvy Can leave offsite for supplies Experience with ordering supplies and inventory management Experience with crew scheduling Learn quickly and take an active role in training/team building Leading by example-accepting responsibility as the Manager on duty when the General Manager is absent.
