Assistant Manager

Hang 10 Donuts is a fun and energetic donut and coffee shop located at the Circle in Atlantic Beach.We serve fresh donuts, coffee, and gelato.Known for our friendly service and high-quality treats, we're quickly becoming a favorite for both locals and visitors! We're currently looking for an Assistant Manager to be a team lead and assist in the managing the day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities Supervise part-time/seasonal staff Maintain exceptional customer service standards and represent the brand positively in the community Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met Enforce food safety and health regulations (ServSafe certification preferred) Cook donuts to order and assist with preparing beverages and other menu items as needed Who We're Looking For Previous experience in food service or hospitality management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage time, staff, and store operations efficiently High attention to cleanliness, safety, and service ServSafe Certified (preferred or willing to obtain) Barista experience is a plus, but not required Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Job Type:Part-time Pay:$11.00 - $12.00 per hour Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Atlantic Beach, NC 28512 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Atlantic Beach, NC 28512:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
