Job Description
Assistant Manager - Customer Services, Management, and Team Development.We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Assistant Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in improving our Customer Service Team, managing social media presence, monitoring website performance, and ensuring players enjoy the best gaming experience possible.This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating great customer experiences, has strong customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced online environment.Key Responsibilities Improve and oversee the Customer Service Team - monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure fast, friendly, and accurate player support.Communicate directly with players/customers to resolve inquiries, explain game features, and handle account-related issues.Constantly check and ensure the website and game platforms are operating smoothly, reporting or resolving any technical or user-experience issues immediately.Manage and maintain brand social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including posting updates, responding to comments/messages, and boosting engagement.Assist with training, scheduling, and motivating team members to maintain high service standards.Work closely with management to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and player retention.Qualifications Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced online environment.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); must be comfortable speaking directly with players/customers.Experience managing or improving customer service operations is highly preferred.Proven experience managing social media pages for a business or brand.Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to new systems efficiently.Previous experience in an online business or gaming-related role is a plus.Ability to work independently while collaborating with management and team members.Why Join Us?
