Position Overview: The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of a Boost Mobile retail store and help lead a team to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the wireless industry, leadership abilities, and a customer-first mentality. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every customer has an outstanding experience by providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and offering product knowledge. Sales Leadership: Assist in driving sales targets by promoting products, plans, and services while meeting individual and store sales goals. Team Supervision: Provide guidance, training, and support to retail associates, fostering a team-oriented environment. Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing the store, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Coaching and Development: Identify performance gaps and provide coaching to improve team performance. Help associates grow in their roles. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and store displays are well-maintained. Reporting and Analytics: Assist the store manager with tracking sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics. Compliance: Ensure that store operations are compliant with all company policies, safety procedures, and legal regulations. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in wireless sales or customer service. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Sales-Oriented: A passion for sales and the ability to drive and meet sales goals. Customer-Focused: Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of mobile technology, wireless products, and services is preferred. Adaptable: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
