Assistant Manager - Motel Operations

We're hiring an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations at an independent motel. You'll work directly with the manager and ownership to keep the property running smoothly, the team motivated, and guests taken care of. What you'll do Manage front desk operations, check-ins, and guest issues Help hire, train, and schedule staff Step into any hotel role as needed Maintain property standards across all departments What we need Prior hotel operations and supervisory experience (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor's degree (preferred) Availability for evenings, weekends Reliable transportation; ability to commute Someone who leads by example and stays calm under pressure Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
