Responsibilities Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees to foster a knowledgeable team Supervise staff performance, provide coaching, and promote teamwork to meet sales goals Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in retail or entertainment management or assistant management roles with supervisory responsibilities Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with POS systems, purchasing procedures, cash handling, and retail math principles Demonstrated leadership with supervising experience in retail sales environments Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining organizational efficiency Strong time management skills combined with organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently Join us as a Part-Time Assistant Manager and be part of a team that values energetic leadership, innovation, and customer-centric service.
