Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including shift management and staff scheduling to ensure smooth service flow Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain quality standards and compliance with safety regulations Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, storage, and waste reduction to optimize profitability Handle cash transactions, POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Assist in budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis to support restaurant growth objectives Support kitchen management activities including food production, catering, banquets, and bar operations when needed Conduct staff interviews for hiring purposes and participate in training & development initiatives to enhance team skills Experience Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Demonstrated supervising experience with strong leadership skills in hospitality or restaurant management roles Familiarity with food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and food safety standards Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions and reporting Background in managing inventory control, budgeting, and food cost analysis Prior experience in fine dining or hotel food service environments is advantageous but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster teamwork across diverse hospitality settings Join us if you’re ready to lead with energy, inspire your team daily, and deliver unforgettable dining experiences!
