Assistant Manager – Upscale Fast Casual Restaurant Locations: Maple Lawn, MD | Middletown, DE | Toms River, NJ Salary: $42K–$60K + Bonus + Benefits Growing upscale fast casual restaurant brand seeking hands-on Assistant Managers for high-volume operations. Must-Have Requirements: • 1+ year current restaurant management experience Background in QSR, Fast Casual, Casual Dining, or Full-Service restaurants High-volume restaurant experience ($2MM+ annual sales preferred) Stable work history Strong FOH & BOH operational leadership Scheduling, labor management, and basic P&L knowledge Must currently be working in the restaurant industry Positive attitude, strong people skills, and hands-on leadership style Responsibilities: Lead daily restaurant operations, manage teams, oversee scheduling/labor, support customer service, and maintain operational standards. Not a Fit: Pizza delivery-only concepts, low-volume diners/buffets, owner/operators, or career bar managers.
