Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal service delivery Supervise and motivate staff, including training new team members and conducting ongoing development programs Oversee dining room and bar activities to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems Handle any customer complaints Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards across all areas of the restaurant Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty Skills Proven experience in food service management Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development capabilities Expertise in restaurant management systems such as POS POS ; proficient in cash handling procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Effective communication skills for interviewing, training, and managing staff performance Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards Experience in catering, banquet operations Embark on this exciting journey with us!
