Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Assistant Manager to support daily operations at Roses & Berries Caf .This role includes managing inventory, ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, handling vendor communication, and assisting with scheduling and office tasks.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while helping ensure the caf runs smoothly. Responsibilities - Assist the Cafe Manager in overseeing daily cafe operations - Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service - Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demands - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets - Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner - Collaborate with the Owner to develop and implement effective marketing strategies Requirements - Previous experience in shift management or assistant management role preferred - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of retail math and basic financial principles - Proficiency in stock management and inventory control - Experience in wireless sales is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for retail, excellent leadership abilities, and a desire to grow within the company, we would love to hear from you.Apply today!
