Position Responsibilities:Lead by example, maintain and communicate company core values, vision and culture Provide initial training for new technicians Assist with problem-solving Conduct continuing education/training to ensure proper licensing Use required personal protection and safety equipment Be knowledgeable and follow all State regulations and safety procedures Have an expert knowledge of pest control techniques, chemicals and supplies Be knowledgeable regarding services, programs, policies, warranties and pricing Utilize opportunities to sell additional company products and services to existing clients and to recognize potential sales leads Perform other related duties, as needed, to ensure success of branch/company Have proper licensing (Field Representative Br II required and Branch III preferred Essential Skills and Experience:Communication:Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing Customer Service:Strong internal and exterior customer service skills Management:Excellent time, project and people management skills Basic computer, email and word processing skills Ability to work in a team-based environment with good judgment and decision-making ability Job Type:Full-time Job Type:Full-time Pay:$58,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute:Ontario, CA 91762 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Ontario, CA 91762:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
