Assistant Manager

YoWash® is a modern laundromat in Sarasota focused on cleanliness, reliability, and excellent customer service. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Manager who takes pride in their work and can help lead daily operations. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Sarasota. Flexibility is required, including availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed. What We’re Looking For Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Comfortable working in an active, hands-on environment Able to follow systems while also taking initiative Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily store operations and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Supervise and support team members during shifts Assist with staff scheduling and shift coordination Help maintain operational standards and daily routines Provide excellent customer service Operate the point-of-sale system Assist with and oversee Wash-Dry-Fold (WDF) orders Support training of new team members as needed Responsibilities and duties may change based on operational needs Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift and move items weighing 20+ lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation Strong reliability, communication, and organizational skills Prior customer service experience preferred Supervisory or leadership experience preferred How to Apply: Please apply through Indeed with your resume and current contact information.
