This role is perfect for a natural-born leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns promptly Assist in training and developing new team members Collaborate with the General Manager to implement company policies and procedures Analyze sales data and contribute to strategies for improving store performance Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized work environment Step in to perform various operational tasks as needed during busy periods Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficiency in basic computer applications Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if {AGE} or 1 year if 19 or older) Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Ability to pass a criminal background check High school diploma or equivalent (required) Associate's degree in business management or related field (preferred) Additional Information BENEFITS Flexible scheduling full & part-time positions available Competitive wages 1 week of PTO Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid training program Opportunity to become a Domino’s Franchisee!
