Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to lead and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional, safe, and high-quality patient care within an emergency department setting. Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to unit-based safety and infection control protocols. Engage with patients and families to uphold service excellence standards and address any concerns to enhance patient satisfaction. Communicate effectively and professionally, providing conflict resolution when necessary. Participate in nursing and organizational policy development, promoting shared accountability for nursing practice and evidence-based care. Assume accountability for unit services, meeting goals related to quality, operations, finance, and compliance. Assist in recruitment, selection, and retention of nursing personnel, addressing ethical issues and ensuring adherence to standards of care. Manage staffing and unit schedules, ensuring appropriate personnel utilization based on competencies and patient needs.
