Position Summary – Las Vegas, Nevada The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, service quality, driver performance, and safety compliance. This hands-on leadership role manages our team of drivers, ensuring excellent customer service, strong operational discipline, and adherence to company standards and values. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage field drivers to ensure high service quality and professionalism Monitor and audit service quality, including daily review of service photos and monthly field audits Conduct routine customer check-ins and address service issues promptly Manage driver performance, hiring, training, coaching, and discipline Lead safety initiatives and enforce zero tolerance for unsafe behavior Monitor driving behavior using telematics (Samsara) and provide corrective coaching Manage daily scheduling, route coverage, and emergency response as needed Support field repairs, unit installs, and ensure compliance with saf
