Job Description

Division of Epilepsy, Department of Neurology, Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California, seeks full-time Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor of Neurology The University of Southern California (USC), founded in 1880, is the largest private employer in the City of Los Angeles. The Department of Neurology at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California seeks a full-time Neurologist with subspecialty training in Epilepsy. As an epileptologist you would become part of the USC Comprehensive Epilepsy Program, which is a Level IV Epilepsy Center. Our epilepsy program serves as a tertiary referral center for an extended network of hospitals in Southern and Central California, and a leader amongst epilepsy centers in the region through our USC Epilepsy Care Consortium. Responsibilities include direct in-patient and out-patient care specific to epilepsy and epilepsy surgery, as well as continuous bedside video/EEG monitoring of patients in the EMU and ICU. Neurology faculty members are dedicated to training fellows, residents, and medical students at Keck School of Medicine. There are ample opportunities for translational research in the affiliated USC Neurorestoration Center. Candidates must be Board eligible/certified in Neurology, have completed fellowship training in Epilepsy, and be eligible for medical licensure in the State of California. The position offers a
