Assistant Production Line Supervisor

Responsibilities Assist the production line supervisor in coordinating daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets. Supervise production line workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Operate and oversee machine operation, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment necessary for assembly and manufacturing tasks. Analyzes the production schedule and makes adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate records of production output, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance logs. Qualifications At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a factory, manufacturing or assembly environment. Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.Pay:$20.50 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Work Location:In person.
