University of Rochester: Office of the Provost: University of Rochester Medical Center: School of Medicine and Dentistry: Medicine: Medicine: Primary Care Physicians Salary Range or Pay Grade $180,000 - $250,000 a year Description The Department of Medicine, The Center for Primary Care, is seeking a physician to provide primary care services in a community-based practice setting in Monroe county. Join a vibrant network of Primary Care providers who are practicing in a patient centered medical home model. This practice location is currently using the EPIC electronic medical records system and training will be provided.
