Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy Chatham University welcomes applications for an Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy. This is a 12-month appointment, tenure-eligible position. We are seeking an individual with expertise in Orthopedic Physical Therapy along with experience in Clinical Education who values collegiality and is motivated to contribute to the Program's excellent reputation for entry-level education. As a faculty member on the tenure track, the candidate will be required to engage in teaching, scholarship, advising, and service, and must hold a license to practice as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Duties and Responsibilities: Teach content in orthopedic physical therapy (expertise demonstrated through work history, specialist certification, and/or research). Experience in clinical education (i.e., clinical instructor, clinical coordinator, or clinical experience management). Facilitate problem-based learning groups and update cases as needed. Collaborate with program faculty to ensure consistency with educational themes throughout the curriculum. Engage in program, college, and university activities to include professional service and scholarship within areas of interest, and in alignment with the program's mission. Contribute to curriculum development and program evaluation. Participate in DPT admissions activities. Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
