Specialized in Retail, Commercial, Restaurant, Hospitality, Hotels, Class A Offices, among other complex projects over 20M. Located in Miami with focus in Dade - Broward Counties. Responsibilities Reports to Project Executive / VP in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process. Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process. Process Improvement / RFI / Change Management/ Document Control Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration. Responsible for all pay applications and change orders, etc. Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues. Qualifications B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience. 3-10 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Restaurant, Plazas, Hotels, Tenant Improvement, Renovation and Ground Up projects. Over 2M. To be successful you need to be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market. Organized, team management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.
