Assistant Project Manager - Roofing & Waterproofing We are a roofing and waterproofing contractor working on projects throughout NYC. We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help manage day to day operations across multiple active jobs. This is a hands-on role working directly with ownership. The position is ideal for someone organized, motivated, and looking to grow into a Project Manager role. Responsibilities Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders Maintain project drawings and revisions Coordinate with general contractors, suppliers, and field teams Assist with scheduling and material deliveries Maintain daily logs, photos, and project documentation Follow up on open items and keep projects moving Qualifications 1 to 3 years of construction experience or relevant degree Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar tools is a plus Bonus potential available.
