Assistant Property Manager We are currently seeking a seasoned Assistant Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a designated portfolio of properties in the Rochester, NH area . The ideal candidate will have experience in property management , with LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) experience highly desired but not required . This role plays a vital part in maintaining property compliance, maximizing financial and operational performance, and delivering exceptional service to residents.
