We are a retailer unlike any other; we don't just sell medical equipment and supplies, we provide solutions that foster happy and healthy lives.The products and services we deliver support customers typically going through recovery from an illness or customer that are beginning to age and need the supplies we provide for their continued care.As an assistant store manager you will assist in the operations of the store and be passionate about creating a unique, customer-focused environment.You will be relied on to deliver excellent customer service to seniors who visit our store and their families that come in or call in and who need to see and know you are happy to help and you are available to them.Every day you come in to work you'll take pride in knowing that you're making a real difference in the lives of all our customers.Responsibilities:Act as relationship managers, assisting customer by understanding their needs and offering solutions Maintaining a high standard of merchandising, placement, store signage, and proper display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers Present, recommend and sell company products to new and existing customers in a consultative, solution selling environment including products available in the retail show room and products to be delivered Make outgoing sales calls.Transition leads through first point of contact to ultimate sale of products.Create call plans to support sales activities.Drive the realization of your store's maximum profit contribution Inform customers of deals and promotions as identified by Sales and Marketing Management.Merchandising & Inventory:With a heavy emphasis on store presentation, our Merchandise and Inventory plays an integral role in helping our customers find exactly what they need, right when they need it.This includes the execution plan-o-grams, organize promotional and sale price changes, and oversee fulfillment of our In-Store Pick Up Orders.Qualifications:Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with high energy, a persuasive communication style, and excellent follow through.Prior experience in a customer facing position, inside sales or outside sales a plus.Must be proficient with MS Windows applications; Excel, Word, Outlook Experience with medical devices or Life Sciences industry a plus Ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints Previous experience in retail sales is mandatory Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Paid time off Retirement plan Education:Bachelor's (Required) Experience:Retail sales:1 year (Preferred) Customer service:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
