Assistant Roaster - Coffee Packaging & FulfillmentBend, OR $17-$18/hr starting Part-Time to Full-Time, In-Person About Roastify:Roastify helps businesses launch private-label coffee brands with premium small-batch coffee and fast fulfillment.We roast, package, and ship coffee to customers all across the U.S., working from our roastery here in Bend.Position Summary:We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Assistant Roaster to join our team.You'll work under our Head Roaster to help package coffee, prepare orders for shipping, and keep our roastery running smoothly.No roasting experience is required--just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.Key Responsibilities:Roast and package coffee according to Roastify's quality standards Weigh, seal, and label coffee bags and pods Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders Organize finished products and packaging materials Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized Assist with other production tasks as needed Requirements:Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Attention to detail and commitment to quality Able to lift/move 50lbs and stand for long periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous warehouse, production, or food-handling experience a plus (but not required) Oregon Food Handlers Card upon hiring Perks:Free coffee every day/discounts Fun, supportive team environment Opportunities to learn and grow with the company Job Type:Part-timeSchedule:4-6 hour shifts, 3-4 days per week Weekday shifts, occasional weekends during busy periods Location:Bend, OR 97702 (Required)Work Location:In person Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$17.00 - $21.50 per hour Application Question(s):Open to learning and operating production machinery and equipment on the job?
