Assistant Sales Manager - Accessories

Job Overview Brave New World is one of the largest surf, skate and snow retailers operating since 1974. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Manager specializing in Ladies’ Accessories to join our Point Pleasant Beach team. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and providing personalized styling advice. Sunglass knowledge a plus. Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for product placement and promotional activities. Organize visual merchandising displays that highlight key accessories. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the knowledge of accessories, specifically sunglasses. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
