Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at our Knoxville, TN location. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Store Manager in daily operations, including supervising and training team members, achieving sales goals, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, assisting with visual merchandising, and leading by example to foster a positive team environment. Qualifications Sales and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team Customer service excellence, including building relationships and ensuring a positive shopping experience Experience with retail operations, such as inventory management and store merchandising Organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail Adaptability to a dynamic environment and the ability to work well under pressure Prior retail or management experience is preferred Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plus
