Job Summary We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Fast Food Team Members to join our dynamic quick service restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service experiences by preparing menu items, operating POS systems, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent time management skills, and a friendly attitude to ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. Needing reliable day shift workers 20+ hours a week. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems accurately for order processing and cash handling. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of shifts. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and restocking supplies as needed. Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. Support team members during peak hours by multitasking between food preparation, cashiering, and serving duties. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurant, or retail environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a high-volume setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales upselling, and retail math calculations. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds. Commitment to food safety standards and sanitation practices.
