Role Description We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Buckeye and Sun City locations. This on-site role involves managing daily store operations, providing exceptional customer service, supervising team members, ensuring efficient store performance, and implementing strategies for retail loss prevention. As an integral part of the leadership team, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and deliver a positive shopping experience for customers. Qualifications Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Strong Communication skills for building team collaboration and engaging with customers Experience in Store Management and overseeing retail operations Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices Leadership and problem-solving skills to manage teams and address challenges Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous retail or management experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
