Knowledge of Power Equipment and Hardware a must Description Bolster Hardware LLC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join our Cowan ACE Conyers Honey Creek team.With many exciting acquisitions and growth plans in the works there's plenty of opportunity to have a significant impact now, and on the next chapter of the company.This is a job where you can make your mark.This person will be training alongside with our current management team.About Us At Bolster ACE we strive to be the best place to work and shop within our local communities.We are seeking individuals who share our passion for training, developing, and leading people.Our goal is to develop you into a world class people manager.About the Job The Assistant Store Manager upholds the Core Values as determined by the management team.Assistance Store Managers are responsible for the complete day-to-day operations of the store in conjunction with the General Manager.This 40 hour a week hourly position is responsible for working all areas of the store.They will provide leadership guidance for associates throughout each department.Maximizing store sales and profitability, along with minimizing expenses while ensuring that store is optimally stocked and merchandised and amaze every customer every time.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:SALES AND OPERATIONS Delegate daily workload among associates to meet merchandising and visual presentation standards.Coordinate the overall supervision of each associate to ensure sales performance goals are met and company procedures.POSITION REQUIRMENTS High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED , equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a retail setting.Customer service along with receiving and deliveries will be a large portion of the position REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of Power Equipment and Hardware Must have excellent verbal and written communication Ability to provide motivation and leadership to associates storewide Ability to delegate and be self-directed Strong organizational skills and time management skills PHYSICAL REQIREMENTS Ability to stand for an extended period of time to perform job duties.Move and handle merchandise, and fixture throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth Additional Info Benefits:Full Time, Flexible Hours, Shifts and Days 401(k) Dental Insurance Employee Discount Health Insurance Paid Time Off Vision Insurance.
