Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and dynamic assistant Manager to lead our HAPPY TIMES Playland indoor playground business in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that the store meets its sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance in retail sales.Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work culture.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while demonstrating strong phone etiquette.Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding pricing strategies.Experience Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.Strong background in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail operations.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management.Join our team as a Manager where you can make an impact on our customers' shopping experience while leading a passionate team!
