Raceway Car Wash Company is a leader in providing car wash and detail services to customers in the Arizona, California, Nevada and Texas markets.Our mission is to provide fast, high quality, professional service in a friendly atmosphere, along with a smile while creating a rewarding team member environment.Position Summary:The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas general labor, working outdoors, guest service, sales, retail, service industry.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Please Submit Your Resume to info@racewaycarwash.com RACEWAY CAR WASH RACEWAYCARWASH.COM Assistant Store Manager:All employees on site will report to you.Your primary responsibility is to lead the team and assist the General Manager with all aspects of site operations.Adapt your prior experience to the car wash industry through our management curriculum Mentor under a General Manager to ensure your success! Lead a team and deliver an outstanding guest experience Grow the guest volume, driving sales, and increasing profitability for the store Coach staff to create a positive and high energy environment that guests can feel Train and support staff at varying levels of development Manage daily operations, deliver consistent high-quality services and promote Raceway Car Wash within your community.Ensure the appearance of the site is of the highest standard and appealing to guests Manage staff daily during your scheduled shift (this includes assigning tasks, ensuring there is adequate staffing & proper break periods are being taken) Lead & motivate the team to push sales Identify & resolve any equipment/computer issues with the help of the maintenance/IT support team Manage all cash handling transactions & assist with bank deposits Perform daily tasks as assigned by the General Manager Assist with nightly accounting reports, answering the site emails & responding the same day Assist guest with transactions, questions, & problems Perform daily tunnel checklist Post Daily sales on slack Assist manager with scheduling and covering open shifts Process any damage claim forms or workers compensation forms should there an incident Open site on time and alert management if store is down & work with General Manager and Maintenance staff to ensure store is re-opened in a timely manner Responsible for operating and managing the site when the General Manager is off or on vacation Communicate with General Manager and District Manager on any site operations issues We are looking for people who enjoy:Leadership and mentorship experience and a natural inclination to express these traits A track record of successful outcomes and a willingness to take ownership The skills to lead and motivate a team A service and goal-oriented outlook and personality Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
