Have reliable transportation and a strong commitment to being on time Feel confident interacting with children and communicating with parents Be willing to complete required training once hired (CPR/First Aid, Mandatory Reporter, etc.) Be able to stay active throughout your shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs..
