Key Responsibilities Coach Spa Consultants on our 5-step sales method Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction Assist with staff scheduling and provide coverage when needed Support payroll processing as required Enforce company policies and processes to boost service and sales performance Ensure compliance with safety standards
