The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the institution's vision of high-quality, scalable online education that enhances access, supports student success, and strengthens the competitive position in the higher education marketplace. This role involves close collaboration with deans, faculty, and various teams to develop and grow market-responsive online programs, ensure excellence in instructional design and digital pedagogy, and implement effective student support models. The AVP will also lead a multidisciplinary team and use data, market intelligence, and industry partnerships to inform program strategy and sustain long-term program viability.
