Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Vice President of Operations. The position will involve managing day-to-day operational activities, overseeing process improvements, and ensuring efficiency across departments. The AVP of Operations will handle P&L management, develop strategic operational plans, and coordinate cross-functional projects. Additionally, the role will focus on maintaining high standards of customer service and aligning operational practices with the company’s overall goals and values. Qualifications Strong expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management Proven abilities in Strategic Planning and Project Management Experience driving excellence in Customer Service operations Exceptional decision-making, leadership, and team management skills Proficiency in analyzing data to support strategic and operational decisions Excellent communication and organizational capabilities Experience in global or cross-functional operations is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
