Job Summary Drake University is seeking applicants for an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of effective practice and competition plans and provide feedback and demonstrations to student-athletes related to athletic technique and skill development. In addition, they will support a positive academic, athletic, and social environment for student-athletes while creating a culture of excellence and ethics. Prior college coaching experience required. Minimum Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Knowledge and basic proficiency using Word, Excel, Google Applications and Photoshop. Knowledge of applicable NCAA Rules and regulations. Experience playing at the collegiate level preferred. Master’s degree preferred. Coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level preferred. Skills Needed Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information.<
