The Fairbanks Pioneer Home is recruiting for an Assisted Living Care Coordinator position in the Supervisory Union. What you will be doing: Provide assistance with activities of daily living for the residents to maintain a high quality of life through independence; coordinate the delivery of services to residents as defined in each resident's individual plan of care, perform supervisory duties of staff, and ensure residents' safety. This position leads teams, develops and maintains written assisted living plans for residents; and leads or coordinates follow-up communication with residents and their families. It is nestled in 16 beautiful acres of birch and spruce trees, convenient to the local senior center next door. This Pioneer Home is an Eden Alternative facility, where the environment includes contact with plants, flowers, and pets including cats, dogs, fish, and birds.
