Company OverviewdirecTEX, Inc.was founded in 1996 and has collaborated with numerous major national and international retailers over its history.We are passionate about delivering exceptional design and merchandising services that help our clients succeed in a competitive marketplace.Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to support the merchandising and design teams in managing calendars, coordinating travel, maintaining data, conducting market research, and assisting in account management across multiple brands.This position offers hands-on experience in sweater production, merchandising, and brand development.Key Responsibilities:Calendars & Scheduling Maintain retailer calendars to ensure all key deadlines and deliverables are met.Create internal calendars that help the design team meet the due dates of the retailer.Ensure calendar deliverables and deadlines are met by internal and overseas teams.Travel Coordination Assist with travel bookings, including flights, hotel accommodations, and restaurant reservations for team members.Data Entry & Administrative Support Maintain order recap files by brand Maintain and update budget files for samples, travel, and shipping.Input and track pricing information across various brand and product databases.Support general administrative and reporting tasks for the team.Market Research & Reporting Conduct monthly store visits and online research to track product assortments and trends for each brand.Complete monthly reports analyzing store assortments and competitor activities.Track monthly deliveries of sweaters at key retailers across all brands.Coordinate sample buying and manage logistics for meetings and presentations.Account & Brand Management Prepare recaps of development samples by brand and delivery.Analyze business results to ensure goals are being met by brand.Learning & Development Develop a working understanding of sweater production, merchandising strategy, and seasonal development processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred.1-2 years of experience in merchandising, production, or wholesale apparel (internship experience accepted).Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Pay:$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Work Location:Hybrid remote in Hamel, MN 55340.
