Overview of role - Associate Account Manager, Sephora The Associate Account Manager will support the management and growth of the Sephora US business, one of the company’s most strategic retail partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious account management professional looking to build their career within a high-growth beauty brand. Working closely with senior commercial leadership, you will help drive day-to-day account operations, support forecasting and promotional planning, and ensure flawless execution across launches and key initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations to deliver best-in-class support and help maximize performance within Sephora. Responsibilities - Associate Account Manager, Sephora Support the day-to-day management of the Sephora US account Assist in delivering against revenue, distribution, and growth objectives Coordinate promotional planning, product launches, and assortment updates Maintain forecasting and performance reports across sell-in and sell-out data Prepare analysis and insights to identify trends and growth opportunities Build strong working relationships with Sephora merchants and internal stakeholders Support joint business planning and retailer presentations Partner with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution Monitor inventory, replenishment, and launch timelines to ensure on-time delivery Help track trade investment and promotional effectiveness Requirements - Senior National Account Manager, Sephora 2–5 years of account management, sales, or commercial experience within beauty, personal care, or consumer products Experience working with Sephora US is strongly preferred Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and performance reporting Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools Commercially minded with a proactive, growth-oriented approach
