Key responsibilities include managing purchasing and supply chain inventory analysis, preparing quotes, tracking orders and shipments, and processing pricing updates. This role requires success in a fast-paced environment and strong computer proficiency with spreadsheets and common business applications. Excellent relationship-building skills and clear, concise written and verbal communication are essential. What You’ll Do: Owns end‑to‑end sales order execution and JIT delivery to achieve on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) targets; ensures accurate ASNs/EDI and proactive shipment status communication. Plans and procures raw materials to forecast; reconciles supply to demand; sustains agreed safety‑stock and lead‑time parameters; flags and mitigates shortages and excess. Maintains accurate item, customer, pricing, and lead‑time data; executes approved price updates on schedule with zero defects. Leads RFQ intake and quotation development; builds cost‑ups and pricing scenarios that meet margin guidelines; delivers quotes within agreed cycle times. Facilitates customer meetings; supports internal and external audits; ensures complete, current documentation for HTS, anti‑dumping, conflict minerals, and IMDS. Monitors credit limits and order release compliance; manages inventory aging to achieve zero over 120 days; identifies slow movers and drives disposition or recovery actions. Produces customer budgets and monthly sales/gross‑profit reporting; investigates variances and recommends corrective actions. Coordinates PPAP document routing; resolves routine pricing discrepancies with customers and suppliers; supports AR collections to target zero past‑due over 30 days. Applies Native Rock and Oracle functionality to streamline workflows; adopts new features and shares best practices to improve accuracy, speed, and control. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. What You’ll Need: 0 - 2 years’ experience in automotive, manufacturing, or B2B customer service/sales ops; internships/co-ops valued. Proficient in Excel (lookups, pivots); familiarity with ERP and EDI a plus.
