We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Content Success Associate to join our Global Content Review Team. This role is a critical partner to our advertisers and their Account Managers, sitting at the intersection of policy, performance, and creative strategy. In this role, you won't just react to problems-you'll prevent them. You will deeply understand a portfolio of advertiser accounts, continuously monitor their content performance data, and provide strategic, actionable guidance to improve creative approval rates and overall campaign health. You will support content compliance, helping advertisers clients and our internal Account Managers navigate policies to achieve their business goals without friction. To thrive in this role, you'll need: 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Account Management, Client Success, Ad Operations) with direct client communication 1+ years of experience in digital media Understanding of content moderation and platform policies Ability to interpret performance data and use it to drive decisions Comfort in using BI tools, spreadsheets, and internal reporting tools Strong communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and a remote supervisor How you'll make an impact: Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve creative approval and performance for a dedicated portfolio of key advertiser accounts.
