About the job Overview: We are representing a well-established boutique law firm that is expanding its insurance defense practice. This is a permanent role within a collaborative, litigation-focused team handling a diverse range of insurance defense matters. What You’ll Do Manage insurance defense litigation matters from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents. Conduct legal research and support case strategy development. Maintain accurate and compliant billing records. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy. Who You Are 2–6 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred but not required). Prior legal billing experience is required. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple active cases. Strong written and verbal advocacy skills. Qualifications: J.D. and active Bar membership. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 . Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
