Job Description
BANKRUPTCY ASSOCIATE - WASHINGTON DC Our client, a mid-sized Atlanta based law firm has an immediate need for a Bankruptcy Associate in their Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate for this position will have two to six years' substantive bankruptcy experience in a law firm environment. Desired requirements include a solid understanding of Chapter 11 proceeds, representation of both debtors and/or unsecured creditors, and handling adversary proceedings and contested hearings.
