Briskin, Cross & Sanford Associate Attorney – Business Transactions Now Hiring: Business Transaction Associate | Alpharetta, GA Are you a transactional attorney who enjoys working directly with businesses, advising on complex deals, and being part of a collaborative, high-performing team? At Briskin, Cross & Sanford, LLC, we are a boutique firm of business-focused attorneys serving entrepreneurs, companies, and investors across a range of corporate, real estate, and transactional matters. We combine sophisticated legal work with a practical, client-first approach in a collegial and supportive environment. We are seeking a Business Transaction Associate (4–6 years’ experience) who is ready to take ownership of matters, work closely with partners and clients, and continue developing as a trusted advisor. What You’ll Work On: Mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side) Entity formation, structuring, and governance Drafting and negotiating operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts Real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing General corporate counseling for small to mid-sized businesses Supporting clients through day-to-day legal and strategic business decisions We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has 4–6 years of experience in business transactions and corporate law Demonstrates strong drafting and contract negotiation skills Can manage multiple matters and communicate effectively with clients Is licensed and in good standing in Georgia or another state (and willing to waive into Georgia) Is comfortable serving as a primary point of contact for clients and managing deal processes with limited supervision, while thriving in a team environment and taking ownership of individual matters and client relationships Brings sound judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail What We Offer: $140,000–$160,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus 100% paid health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching Meaningful client exposure and opportunities for increased responsibility A collegial, team-oriented culture focused on excellence, accountability, and growth On-site during an initial onboarding period, with hybrid flexibility available thereafter This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to build a long-term practice advising businesses, take ownership of their work, and be part of a firm where both client service and culture matter.
