Associate Attorney (Employment Litigation)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Attorney with at least five years of experience in employment related litigation and transactional employment work to join the team at one of our most well-respected global law firm clients! The firm is proud of its history of legal excellence, and it holds more than 900 attorneys in offices across the United States and the world! RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively handle and litigate discrimination cases and contract disputes in federal and state court and/or before administrative agencies such as the Department of Labor and humans rights agencies. Advise and counsel management-side clients on employment matters such as wage and hour audits, workplace policies and procedures, leaves of absence forms and letters, and employee communications. Assist clients with employee handbook drafting and review Conduct federal and state employment law research and analysis of complex issues Prepare employment-related documents, such as employment and severance agreements REQUIREMENTS: Admission to NY BAR Excellent academic credentials At least five years of experience in management-side employment related litigation and transactional employment work
